This Program is designed to encourage and support the participation of a diverse range of affiliates within specific industry verticals, with a focus on underrepresented groups and categories. By joining the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

To be eligible for the Program, you must:

• Be a resident of India.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Own and operate a legitimate online business with a focus on one of the designated Program verticals (the "Vertical").
• Identify as belonging to an underrepresented group or category within your chosen Vertical. (List of underrepresented groups/categories to be provided by the Program organizer)
• Have demonstrably established yourself as an affiliate marketer within your chosen Vertical.
• Meet any additional eligibility criteria as set forth by the Program organizer.

Program participants will be eligible for a variety of benefits, including:

• Increased visibility and promotion within your chosen Vertical.
• Access to exclusive training, resources, and tools for affiliate marketing success.
• Opportunities to connect and collaborate with other Program participants and industry leaders.
• Potential for enhanced commissions and other performance-based rewards.

Program participants agree to:

• Represent the Program and its values in a positive and professional manner.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your online business activities.
• Promote Program offerings and partners in accordance with the Program guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information.
• Actively participate in Program activities and initiatives.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to the Program organizer for continuous improvement.

The Program organizer reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This may include, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms, inactivity, or conduct deemed harmful to the Program or its partners.

All intellectual property rights associated with the Program, including its name, logo, and materials, are the sole property of the Program organizer. Participants are not permitted to use any Program intellectual property without the express written permission of the Program organizer.

The Program organizer makes no warranties or representations regarding the Program or its benefits. Participants participate in the Program at their own risk. The Program organizer will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from participation in the Program.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).

The Program organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms will be effective upon posting on the Program website. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly for any changes.
